Playbook Purchase Terms and License Agreement
The Medical Affairs Artificial Intelligence Playbook
These Purchase Terms and License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of The Medical Affairs AI Playbook (“Playbook”). By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
These Terms are between you (the “Buyer”) and Triple Helix, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Publisher”).
The Product
The Playbook is a digital publication delivered as a PDF file. The Playbook contains AI prompts, workflows, and instructional content for use by Medical Affairs professionals. The Playbook is licensed, not sold. You acquire the rights described in Section 4 below. You do not acquire ownership of the Playbook content.
Updates
Your purchase includes 12 months of updates from the date of purchase. Updates will be made available through the email address associated with your purchase. The Publisher reserves the right to modify, expand, or revise the Playbook content during the update period. The Publisher does not guarantee any specific update cadence or any specific content in updates. After the 12-month update period expires, you retain access to the version of the Playbook current as of the expiration date but will not receive subsequent updates. You may purchase a renewed update period at the then-current price if the Publisher offers such renewals.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the Playbook, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. To request a refund, email support@triplehelixstrategy.com with your purchase information. Refund requests will be processed within five business days of receipt. Refunds will be returned through the original payment method used for the purchase. The Publisher does not require justification or explanation for refund requests within the 14-day period. After the 14-day period expires, refunds are not available except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you receive a refund, your license to use the Playbook terminates immediately upon refund processing. You agree to delete all copies of the Playbook in your possession and to cease all use of the Playbook content.

Upon completion of your purchase and subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Publisher grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Playbook as described in this Section.

Reference the concepts, frameworks, and patterns in the Playbook in your professional work.
You may not:
Reproduce, redistribute, transmit, share, or transfer the Playbook or any substantial portion of it to any other individual, team, or organization. Publish the Playbook content in any form, including in print, digital media, websites, social media, newsletters, presentations to external audiences, or any other form that would make the content available to persons other than yourself. Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Playbook or any portion of it. Modify the Playbook to remove or alter the copyright notice, the Important Notice and Statement of Responsibility, the author attribution, or any other content that identifies the Publisher’s rights. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Playbook is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Publisher disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and currency. The Important Notice and Statement of Responsibility contained within the Playbook is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The disclaimers, limitations of liability, and responsibility framework set forth in that Notice apply to your purchase and use of the Playbook. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher’s total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your purchase or use of the Playbook shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Playbook.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising from or related to these Terms through informal negotiation before initiating any formal proceeding. The Buyer agrees to first contact the Publisher at support@triplehelixstrategy.com to attempt to resolve any dispute before initiating any legal action. If informal negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days of initial notice, the parties agree that any formal proceeding will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Colorado, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The prevailing party in any formal proceeding shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs from the non-prevailing party, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Modification of Terms
The Publisher may modify these Terms from time to time. Modifications will be effective for purchases made after the date the modified Terms are posted. Modifications will not retroactively affect purchases made before the effective date of the modification.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
